I have been researching agrivoltaics for a couple of years as a potential user on a sheep farm in France. There are considerable benefits already established for the sheep let alone the benefits to the grid. Heat is a problem for sheep and grazing for longer periods given the shade and superior grass growth to mention just two benefits.

The rows are wide enough apart for tractors to make fodder . It is very annoying to see photos of industrial photovoltaic parks used to frighten the public that agriculture suffers with a blanket of panels. Many crops - vines orchards etc benefit as temperatures rise and hailstorm become more damaging.

The latest Chinese production electric car (not a prototype) the Yangwang U7 (BYD) has a 1000km range with a 150.01 kWh Blade battery.

Battery technology is improving every year.
